Shipping and DOA
Bert's Reef is now offering shipping. Shipping is not an option at checkout yet so please contact me if you would like your order shipped before you place it. Currently I am only offering shipping to Ontario and Quebec. Shipping is a flat rate and will be $50 for Ontario and $60 for Quebec. The minimum order for shipping is $150. Free Shipping for order in Ontario at $300 and the rest of Canada at $500.Shipments will only be sent out Mon-Wed in the event a shipment is delayed so it does not get held up for a weekend.
DOA Policy
I will send shipments in insulated shippers using overnight shipping. In the unlikely event that you have a DOA you must contact me within 3 hours of the shipment delivery time. You must provide photos within the 3 hour window. Even if something is not dead but looking very rough or dying please alert me ASAP so I am aware of the issue. DOA corals that have been reported in the correct time with documentation will be refunded or replaced. Shipping expenses or losses due to carrier delays are not refundable through the DOA policy. Please ensure you are home during the delivery window provided to you by the shipping company to minimize the amount of time the coral is left outdoors.
